your children seeking to know God? Are you
really serious about knowing Him better? Then these are the books you
need to feed upon to move you in that direction. In my opinion these
are some of the most significant and important spiritual books I have ever come upon.
If your serious about knowing & loving God, these classics can show you
the way. No fancy platitudes, just practical daily counsel on
walking with the Lord and really getting to know Him and thus love and
obey Him.
Remember, loving and obeying the Lord is much more
important than just knowing about the Lord. The Pharisees knew about
God & His Word better than most anybody, but they didn't love Him and
therefore obey Him from a heart of love!
John 17:3 "This is eternal life, that
they may KNOW Thee, the only true God and Jesus Christ whom
thou hast sent." A true, living relationship with Jesus Christ is
THE most important thing! A relationship where we know
Him and He knows us because we daily abide in Him! Mt.7:21 - "Not
everyone who says to Me Lord, Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven"
only those who do His will because they know and love Him will enter
His Kingdom. Someone can do great things in His name -
prophesy, cast out demons, perform many miracles and yet go to hell!
Why? Because they had no real relationship with
Christ! Jesus said - "I NEVER KNEW you, depart from
Me, you who practice lawlessness!" Prov.3:5-6 "Confide in Yah Veh
with ALL your heart and lean not to your own discernment:
In ALL your ways KNOW HIM and He straightens
your paths." Get to know Him and therefore love and obey Him more every day!
